In a world full of fast digital images BOXOCAM specializes in the art of "slow photography" . The entire BOXOCAM process based on selfmade pinhole cameras consumes a lot of time: time as minutes and minutes of exposure, time to refill the camera in the laboratory after each shot, time to discover unseen details and efects in the final image itself.

The photos of BOXOCAM have to be understood as counterpole to the actual flood of high speed images: fast to shot, fast to see, fast to save in PC or CD and fast forgotten.
